The Deckorators® Pro Plug System is a professional hidden fastening solution designed for composite decking and fascia boards. Combining stainless screws, precision-cut plugs and an Auto-Stop™ setting tool, the system creates a screw-free finish without compromising strength.

The patented PVC/Composite Tool drives screws to the correct depth automatically, protecting the board surface while ensuring consistent installation. Each plug is made from the same composite material for an exact colour match, camouflaging every fixing point.

Screws feature a Type 17 auger tip for fast penetration and reduced splitting, while the free-spinning stop collar prevents surface damage. Once the plug is tapped into place, the result is a secure, seamless surface that maintains the clean, modern look of your deck.

Supplied in a pack of 150, the Pro Plug System is ideal for completing small to medium projects where a premium, concealed finish is required.

Installation Guidance

1. Predrill 3/16″ pilot hole through decking (not joist).

2. Drive screw using the supplied Auto-Stop™ setting tool with a standard drill.

* Do not use impact drivers.

* Tool will “pop” when screw is at correct depth.

3. Insert composite plug into hole and tap flush with hammer.

4. Follow manufacturer’s screw spacing, gapping and edge/end distance requirements.
